Terms of Service

By using SameSky ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SameSky. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, or that you do not have rights to.
• Attempt to access another user's account, brute-force pair codes, or interfere with the service's operation.
• Use the service to transmit malware, phishing material, or spam.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any content (photos, status text, names) you provide to the app. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content for the sole purpose of operating the app and delivering it to your paired partner.

4. Service-as-is

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that pushes will be delivered in any specific time window.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIPPLEIT LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you have paid to use the app, which is currently zero.

6. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may terminate or suspend access for users who violate these terms, with or without notice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RIPPLEIT LLC is established. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
